How To Use The Netscape Internet
Browser With AOL
*You should have Netscape 3.0 or higher already
installed before proceeding with the following information.
*Clicking on the word "Netscape" above will take you to the Netscape download page.
(When you get to this link, find your operating system.
Then follow the instructions for downloading and installing.
You can obtain the latest Netscape using the AOL web browser.)
Windows95 Users:
- From the top menu bar, select "MEMBERS"
- From the "MEMBERS" menu, choose "PREFERENCES"
- Select the tab labeled "PROGRAMS" in the "PREFERENCES" window
*If you do not see a 'tab' for "PROGRAMS", you have an old version of AOL. You need to sign onto AOL and download the latest version. AOL only posts their latest version for downloading. Therefore, you probably will be receiving a more current version than you are using.
If you would like the most current version of AOL mailed to you instead of downloading it, you can call: 1-888-265-8002 or 1-888-265-8806.
